Appendix 2

User Access to Attendance Records

Users can view their own attendance records when

checking/clocking in.

After checking/clocking in, the user presses the Menu

key

within 10 seconds. The user’s attendance records will then

display:

Scroll with the ▲/▼ keys to browse attendance records line by line

Press the

and keys to browse page by page.

Press OK or menu for detailed view.

Press ESC to return to the previous menu.
