S900 User Guide

If the S900 verifies the user’s identity BUT determines the user is NOT

permitted door access AT THAT PARTICULAR TIME, the door will

NOT release and the S900 displays the following:

1. User

The User Menu allows you to:

• Add/Edit/Delete users

• Access the users’ attendance records

• Set users’ door-access privileges

• Register smart cards (only available in some S900 models)

• Create personalized “Check/Clock-In/Short messages”

• Create Work Codes
